The Consumer Electronics Show (CES) is one of the biggest tech events of the year, where companies from around the world showcase their latest innovations. This year’s show, held in Las Vegas, featured a number of exciting announcements from companies in the automotive industry.

One of the biggest announcements came from BMW, who unveiled their new color-changing sedan, the i Vision DE. According to BMW’s CEO, Oliver Zipse, the car’s paint uses “electrochromic technology” to change color in response to different driving modes. He went on to say, “This technology is not only cool and fun, but it also has practical applications. For example, it could be used to alert other drivers when the car is in autonomous mode.”

Another major announcement came from Sony, who announced their partnership with Honda mobility to create a new electric car called the AFEELA. In a press release, Sony’s CEO, Kenichiro Yoshida, said, “Our partnership with Honda mobility represents an important step forward in our efforts to create innovative solutions for the automotive industry. We believe that the AFEELA will be a game-changer, offering cutting-edge technology and a unique driving experience.”

Other companies made big announcements as well. General Motors announced their new electric truck, the GMC Hummer EV, which will feature impressive off-road capabilities and a range of up to 350 miles.

The show also featured a number of innovative concepts and prototypes. For example, Chinese startup Byton showcased their new electric SUV, which features a massive 48-inch display that stretches across the entire dashboard. The car is also equipped with a range of sensors and cameras that allow it to offer a variety of autonomous driving features.
